Cole’s Traditional Foods formerly A.J.Cole Est. 1939, started in 1979 in a craft bakery in the market town of Saffron Walden.
Relocating in 1989 to our custom built premises in the village of Great Chesterford, the business continues to flourish by supplying many of the finest food emporiums and outlets throughout the world.
Our business ethos was, and still is, to produce products of the highest standards from recipes and methods used in bygone years and, with a little help from modern thinking and technology, we continue to bring both traditional and innovative products to today’s discerning customers.
Tradition is a byword in our company and is at the heart of everything we do, which includes the sourcing of all our ingredients and the design of our packaging.
