Great Grandmother Cole perfected recipes for delicious puddings and cakes that would melt in your mouth. Fortunately for Albert Cole the book containing the family secret recipes survived, and seventy years ago he created a spectacular pudding based on his great grandmother's finest recipe. At first Albert Cole's puddings were produced in small quantities for local people. His dark and luxurious pudding was rich in traditional ingredients yet light in texture, evocative of the flavour associated with Christmases past.

1979

Albert's son Chris took over the family business in 1979 and continued to produce the same high quality products utilising the skills and recipes taught to him by his father.

1999

Chris Cole expanded the range of products by creating new recipes combined with attractive packaging. The demand for these quality products continued to develop with sales increasing in both the UK and Worldwide.

2009

Today Coles is a unique blend of modern practices combined with the care and attention that has been given to Coles products for so many years.
